Judicial review is a legal doctrine that empowers courts to review and declare actions of the legislature or executive as unconstitutional. There are two general judicial review systems:

(1) Decentralized judicial review systems empower any court to declare a law or policy unconstitutional. In such systems, plaintiffs bring a claim against a law or policy that the court may strike down.

Vocational training refers to programs that focus on the skills required for a particular trade job. In vocational training, education places students as apprentices for specific careers which are often more manual (ie. plumbing, electricians), disregarding traditional, unrelated academic subjects.
